    I *think* I like the first version, but it's a touch choice, I could go back and forth! Love the purple color of the rhododendron!

    Mom -- You're right, they do look like ET!

    Andrea -- I know, I keep going back and forth too! It's a nice problem to have. I went out and took a photo of the whole rhododendron bush so you can see how tiny the flowers are in my next post.

    I like the warmer tones of the first photo. It would make an outstanding entry for the contest. :)

    De-lurking to add.... I believe those are regular chives, but if you really want garlic chives, email me at the end of the season. I'll have TONS of them to share!

    Nancy -- Thanks, I like the warm tones of that one and the cool tones of the other. I'm just so torn! I can't wait to see what won the GGW contest, there were some outstanding photos this month.

    Maggie -- I love it when people de-lurk! I will try to remember to email you at the end of the season because my mom really wants those garlic chives.
