Saturday was absolutely gorgeous and we just sat in the sun reading. Lee didn't mow, I didn't plant, but I did finally get a decent shot of a monarch on the butterfly bush:
And pick some tomatoes and beans. The one on the top left is a Brandywine that weighed 2 pounds. It was lunch (with fresh mozz) and dinner (with tuna and a Caesar salad) that day:
And I finally have blooming dahlias:
Next year I promise I'll remember to fertilize you:
And then Sunday dawned dark, dreary, and cold -- a perfect football day, or in my case a chick flick and some football. And it's been raining since then, but on the plus side at least I don't have to water!

Ahhh... but you did get to relax and recharge... next time add that to your list of to do's and then you can check it off. Accomplished!
